Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your Legyt account and all associated data — from within the app or by email.

You can request permanent deletion of your Legyt account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this — choose whichever is easier for you.
Option 1 — From within the app
Recommended — the fastest way to delete your account.
- 1Open the Legyt app and sign in.
- 2Go to the Account tab in the bottom navigation.
- 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4Tell us the reason for deletion and tick "I understand this action cannot be undone."
- 5Tap Request Account Deletion.
You'll see an on-screen confirmation, and we'll email you once the deletion is complete.
Option 2 — By email
Use this if you no longer have the app installed.
Send an email to contact@konnectnxt.com from the email address registered on your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and process your request.
What happens to your data
- Your profile information and verification data are permanently removed from our active systems.
- Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days, and we email you once the deletion is complete.
- Certain records may be retained for a limited period only where we are legally required to do so (for example, regulatory, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations), after which they are securely deleted.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
